For our team in Rüsselsheim we are looking for a Business Analyst (m/f) IT
Document Management has turned into a major area of our business. The new ELO platform allows integration of all departments into DMS (Document Management System) as well as integration of new business areas such as Full Service Leasing. Additionally, digitalization is one of the strategic company goals and therefore a strong link with DMS is required. The IT Business Analyst will work on all aspects of the change management process across all systems and also acts as an interface between all business and IT stakeholders.
Key involvement with various aspects of the requirements design process for all DMS / ELO initiatives
Definition and documentation of internal and external user interfaces and support for system and data requirement clarification and definition
Support for prototyping activities that will validate business requirements, solution definition and minimize risk
Works directly with business customers and the applications development team to define solutions to business issues
May assist in quality assurance and defining testing strategy and risks
Work is project-oriented and actual tasks must be defined by employee
Has a solid understanding of overall business and corporate objectives and works under broad project direction with the ability to self-define specific tasks
Uses judgment and creativity and sound technical knowledge to obtain and recommend solutions
Has a good understanding of quality management, quality aspects and the initiative to set up and maintain a quality-orientated DMS environment
Interfaces directly with senior management where required
Understands and promotes GMF's policy on Treating Customers Fairly (TCF)
Takes a hands-on approach to project work and is adaptable in terms of style and activities undertaken
Degree level educated or equivalent technical / analytical experience
Availability to travel for business purposes
Experience in working with document management systems, ideally with ELO
Knowledge of the system requirements definition (RD) processes and modeling methods and tools
Knowledge of conceptual and logical modeling and the associated tools
Ability to analyze processes and functions / systems in a competent, structured and result driven manner
Outstanding communication skills in both written and spoken
