Contract Administrator

Up to £23,500 Per day based on experience

Basingstoke Based

My client, leading global vehicles hire/leasing company Contract Administrator based in Basingstoke. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Contract Administrator is actively committed to profitable growth by ensuring that all vehicles are ordered in line with the correct business process and all contracts are created and activated in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities include:

Check Particular Conditions and quote from supplier are valid, sufficient credit is available and file follows correct sign off procedure

Create, order and activate contract in line with applicable terms and conditions, ensuring all warranty information including accurate tachograph dates etc are added/scanned to SAP

Manage all customer movements and cost centre changes

Manage all changes to customer card and contract information, ensuring all telephone and fax numbers, addresses and contact details are updated accurately

To ensure all contracts are created in line with credit approval recommendations

Ensure all issues/details are logged within the "Issues Database" or if of an urgent nature also escalate to relevant Account Manager/Head of Department immediately

Achievement of daily, weekly and monthly operational KPI's

Experience required:

Experience working in a Contract Administration/Sales Administration role in the past dealing with high volume contracts

Great attention to detail

General office administration

Speaking to all contractors and external and internal customer, making sure they are satisfied and handling any complaints or contract queries.

Working with accounts, payroll and credit control teams to ensure that everything runs as smooth as possible on that side of the business
