We are currently seeking a Residential Loan Processor for our growing Residential Lending Services Department. You will be responsible for the functions required in origination and processing of mortgage loan applications.
In this position you will:
Prepare and send application letters and all required disclosures to customers
Order appraisals, inspections, insurances, and title work - review title commitments and insurance binders for accuracy
Review and verify all loan officer loan data
Input information into the Bank's loan origination system; correct and update the information as changes are received or required
Review all loan documentation for accuracy and finalize the file for submission to underwriting
Answer routine and non-routine questions from internal and external customers regarding loan applications
Comply with all regulatory requirements, the Bank policies and procedures, and successfully complete all job-related training
Associate degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred
Minimum of 5 years' experience in residential loan processing
Proficient in MS Office, bank information systems, and Internet research - must possess knowledge and understanding of loan documentation.
